Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) pkrvlp account only. Providing false information, including but not limited to a false date of birth, false identity, or false payment details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.
All pkrvlp accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in PKR. pkrvlp does not apply currency conversion fees; the PKR amount you deposit is the PKR amount credited to your wallet.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrvlp login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. pkrvlp will never request your password through any communication channel.

The minimum deposit amount at pkrvlp is PKR 100 (one hundred Pakistani Rupees). pkrvlp does not impose deposit processing fees on Members; however, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment processor may apply their own charges which are beyond pkrvlp's control and responsibility.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your pkrvlp wallet within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are credited within 5–30 minutes depending on banking system availability. Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) deposits are credited upon required blockchain confirmations.
You confirm that all funds deposited to pkrvlp are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any illegal or unlawful source. pkrvlp operates Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring systems and is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities where required by its international gaming licence conditions.
Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. pkrvlp does not accept deposits made by third parties on behalf of a Member. Any deposit received from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder may be refunded and the account suspended pending investigation.

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or account activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. pkrvlp will attempt to contact the Member at the registered email or phone number prior to applying any dormancy policy. Members of dormant accounts retain their right to withdraw any remaining balance at any time by contacting pkrvlp support and completing re-verification.
All pkrvlp promotional offers — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and referral rewards — are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to a Member's account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, qualifying games, game contribution percentages, and expiry period are specified for each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement for pkrvlp casino bonuses is 35x the bonus amount. pkrvlp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotions already credited to Member accounts at the time of any modification will continue to be governed by the terms applicable at the time of credit.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrvlp's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall be limited to the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pkrvlp shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, or reputational harm, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if pkrvlp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pkrvlp does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. pkrvlp is not liable for losses resulting from Platform downtime, connectivity failures, or third-party payment processor outages.

pkrvlp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (non-exhaustive):
Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, pkrvlp reserves the right to forfeit any balance, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, that were in the account at the time of termination, without prejudice to any other remedy available to pkrvlp.
You may close your pkrvlp account at any time by contacting customer support via the live chat channel. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method. Accounts with outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds may have those Bonus Funds forfeited upon account closure.
pkrvlp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
